PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER, placing an order means you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions

can I return my order?

No. All sales are final, there is a strict no-return policy. if you made a mistake or duplicated order please notify me within 48 hours. (This applies to PREORDER items as well)

 

What if I received a damaged order?

Unfortunately, I cannot control how postal services handle packages once they are shipped. I am not liable for any damages caused during shipping. If you receive major defects in the order please contact me at [email protected] within 5 business days. please include the following:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Photo of the defects

When are orders shipped?

Pre-order items—please check each item for estimated time—generally there is a 1-2 month waiting time, please be mindful if you are combining orders. PREORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR REFUNDED.

 

All in-stock items are shipped within 7-14 days business days. Tracking will be available. Please check the mailing servicer prior to contacting me for missing packages.

 

Shipping details

USA buyers:

-generally takes up to 5 days

-via USPS

International buyers:

-currently not shipping to the following counties:

-not responsible for VAT/Customs fees or taxes

-not responsible for custom delays

-depending on location may take up to 1-2 months

 

if packages are returned due to unforeseen circumstances, I am not responsible. If you need me to ship it out again you are responsible for the shipping fees as listed.

 

 

Special notice:

Please be aware I do have a cat in my home. If you have severe allergies please be mindful of potential cat dandruff. I tend to try to do packaging in a separate walk-in closet but there is still cat fur in the unit.
